Andrew Ponniah started out as an auditor and ended up in counselling with stints of teaching and management of entrepreneurial set-ups in between. Now, a part-time Counsellor at a church, he enjoys time with family and the old art of resting. With a Masters in Counselling , a Graduate diploma in Ignatian spirituality and exposure to Narrative therapy , he is able to guide people through the maze of post modernity and its ills- depression and lack of purpose.

Ian Poulier is a trained counsellor with extensive experience in counselling youth and young adults. As a counsellor, Ian believes it is important to understand the client in the context of their value systems. Applying a person-centred approach under girded by a social emotional learning framework (SEL), Ian is continually challenged to bring the clients he engages with to be empowered to reach their fullest potential. He is currently working at The SEL Network LLP and is a well-known facilitator and speaker at workshops, conferences, seminars, in both educational and corporate settings. He hosted TEEN TALK on 93.8 LIVE and mentored focus groups with different schools. He is also actively called upon to give advice and opinions by the journalists of the New Paper. Ian has been a professional Counsellor serving both local and international schools and in a VWO. He has also coauthored a book, HearWarmers, a collection of prose and poetry. He is an active member in his worship ministry at St. Hilda's Church (Anglican).

Charlie New started out his career as an elementary art teacher, graphic designer and illustrator. In 2009 he moved to Singapore with his wife where he is currently practicing as a counsellor, working with young adults.
